Return/Refund Policy

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in original packaging.   Please ensure that the item(s) are secure in the package(s) so the chain does not get tangled in transit. If an item is returned damaged a refund will not be issued.

Custom and permanent jewelry are non-refundable.

All sale items are final.

For all non-personalized returns, please expect 10-15 days for refunds to be processed.

PERMANENT JEWELRY

There are not any expressed or implied warranties or guarantees with permanent jewelry.  TullyLaRue&Co. is not, in any way, responsible for jewelry that is lost.  However, if the jewelry separates at the weld (jump ring) within the first 14 days of the services, the piece may be brought to any TullyLaRue & Co.  public event to be welded back on at no charge. Appointment may be necessary.  TullyLaRue&Co. is not responsible for any lost or broken chains
